With over 16 years of experience in the property industry, Kirsty is the Managing Director of West End Letting and Sales. She specialises in property lettings, residential sales, and HMO licensing, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the business. Kirsty is actively involved in the day-to-day operations and oversees all departments, including lettings, maintenance, sales, and accounts.
Her strong understanding of the Glasgow property market is supported by her keen interest in platforms like Rightmove, where she tracks market trends and emerging opportunities. Kirsty is also committed to staying informed on the latest legislation affecting landlords and property professionals.
Outside of work, she has a passion for property refurbishment, particularly restoring older homes. She also enjoys holidays and road trips with friends, as well as exploring new places and spending quality time with her family.

Grace - Sales & Lettings Support
Grace started out in a sales and lettings agency, completed her apprenticeship, and worked her way through admin, sales, and lettings before becoming a Property Assistant. She took a break to try something new with ACCA, processing student applications from home, but realised she missed the property world — so decided to return to what she knows and enjoys best!
Outside of work, she loves going to raves and travelling for different events and festivals. She has a growing list of locations and festivals she's working her way through, one rave at a time.

Dani - Property Manager
Dani began her administrative career in an engineering office before transitioning into property, where she now has over 10 years of lettings experience. She is committed to building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing detailed reporting on each property to protect the quality and interests of all parties involved. Dani particularly enjoys meeting new people during viewings and property inspections, and thrives on the variety that each day brings.
Outside of work, she is happiest spending time with her little rescue pooch and sidekick, Nellie. She also enjoys quality time with family and friends, live music, good food, and a glass of Sauvignon!

Lauren has worked in lettings for over six and a half years, gaining experience with both local independent agents and large nationwide firms. After leaving high school unsure of her career path, she discovered her passion for property while selling her family home. A conversation with the agent led to a job offer the following week, and she’s never looked back. Lauren particularly enjoys carrying out inspections and viewings, as they allow her to connect with people from all walks of life and help them find their next home. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys a bit of retail therapy and loves exploring new places!

Amy - HMO Property Manager
With over three years’ experience in the property industry following a career change, Amy has developed a broad knowledge of the lettings industry through taking on multiple roles. She previously studied Mathematics and Astronomy at the University of Glasgow, however she always had an interest in the property industry. Starting out as a Resident Services Assistant, progressing to Property and Inventory Co-ordinator, and now stepping into the role of Property Manager in lettings and factoring, Amy has gained experience across all aspects of the industry. She thrives on building relationships and providing a friendly, approachable point of contact for all clients. Outside of work, Amy loves visiting family and friends, travelling, yoga, and enjoying a glass of fizz at the weekend!
