With over 18 years of experience in the property industry, Kirsty is the Founder and Managing Director of West End Letting & Sales, having established the business in 2016. Over the past 10 years, she has grown the company into a trusted independent agency specialising in residential lettings, estate agency, HMO property management and licensing across Glasgow. Kirsty remains actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing every department including lettings, maintenance, sales, compliance and accounts. She is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with landlords, tenants and property investors. With an in-depth knowledge of the Glasgow property market, Kirsty keeps a close eye on market trends, investment opportunities and changing legislation to ensure clients receive practical, up-to-date advice. She has particular expertise in HMO legislation, compliance and portfolio management, helping landlords navigate an increasingly complex sector with confidence. Outside of work, Kirsty has a passion for renovating and styling homes, particularly breathing new life into older properties. She also enjoys strength training, travelling, road trips and spending quality time with friends and family.

Having started in the property industry 11 years ago, Lauren is passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring her clients' satisfaction every step of the way. She takes pride in helping people find their perfect home and making the selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Meeting new people and building lasting relationships is one of the highlights of Lauren's job. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and their dogs. She also loves reading, cooking, shopping, and exploring new places to enjoy a great meal.

Lauren has worked in lettings for over six and a half years, gaining experience with both local independent agents and large nationwide firms. After leaving high school unsure of her career path, she discovered her passion for property while selling her family home. A conversation with the agent led to a job offer the following week, and she’s never looked back. Lauren particularly enjoys carrying out inspections and viewings, as they allow her to connect with people from all walks of life and help them find their next home. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys a bit of retail therapy and loves exploring new places!

Originally from York, Leah relocated to Scotland in 2025 and has quickly made Glasgow and the West Coast home. With a background in customer service and a degree in English in Education, she found her way into property management and particularly enjoys the people-focused side of the role. Leah loves that no two days in property management are quite the same, whether she is meeting new tenants at viewings, carrying out inspections or helping to solve the weird and wonderful problems that inevitably come with managing properties! She prides herself on being approachable, organised and making things as straightforward as possible for both tenants and landlords. Alongside her role, Leah is studying towards a Master’s degree in Psychology. Outside of work and studying, she can usually be found reading, exploring her new home in Scotland, attempting increasingly ambitious nail sets, or planning her next adventure with her partner.
